Deliverable 1 - Debriefing of Teams - Day 2

This session is grounded in the information gathered and initial research conducted by students, drawing from primary and secondary sources, and consulting with experts.

The objective is to validate the group's perspective on the presented challenge and to identify the associated issues and opportunities.

Groups will also refine the shared problem statement and determine the necessary actions.

The deliverable can be either a document or a presentation, with specific guidelines to follow.

Timing: Tentatively scheduled for 2:00pm

Deliverable 2 - Preliminary Strategic Recommendation - Day 3

This phase involves consolidating high-level recommendations from the group, informed by the debriefing, discussions with coaches, and insights from experts.

The aim is to align the group's direction and ensure recommendations remain aligned with the provided brief.

The deliverable will be a document or PowerPoint presentation comprising 10 to 15 slides, integrating the debriefing outcomes and justified recommendations without detailed execution plans.

Timing: Scheduled for 6:00pm.

Deliverable 3 - Final Recommendation - Day 5

This deliverable encompasses a comprehensive document and execution plan representing the group's final recommendation.

It will be presented during a 15-minute oral session, supported by the prepared document.

Submission/upload of the final recommendation is required by Friday at 8:00am, and the presentation will occur during the morning session with the Jury.
