I find your idea very complete and well developed, especially with the surveys you want to do. I really like the idea because it highlights the well-being of caregivers, which can sometimes be underestimated compared to that of patients.

The idea is really well thought. Indeed, caregivers need that "me-time" to relax and be more effective at their jobs. Will you implement a sort of schedule in order for caregivers to take tours for example in the hospital ?

Hello Milan, thank you for your comment ! The goal of our project is to help improve the well-being of caregivers while keeping hospitals running smoothly. Our platform allows caregivers to access activities at the times they want.
Thus, if there is a crisis and their presence is really required, they will be able to put their credits aside and benefit from their offers once the crisis is reduced.

Thank you very much Oriane ! Yes exactly, our idea is to open the platform to all hospitals, but to create a section "planning" in which the caregivers will be able to find the zenzone schedules of their colleagues to organize themselves.

It is a very good idea to think about the people who take care of our health, but what type of rewarding are thinking about? Because if it includes money, or services, is it the hospital that gonna have to pay ?

Thank you Clemence ! The rewarding would be coupon for sport/yoga sessions , massages or trips. The hospital will perhaps take charge of a very small part, but we count especially on sponsors such as large pharmaceutical brands

Thanks for all your comment ! As my teammate said we thoughtfully expect sponsor being part of the project. At the same time, strong partnership will be developed with wellness centers with reduced prices for our "marketplace" since we will bring them new "customers" !

I think this is a great idea however caregivers already have so little time to take care of all, it will be necessary to take into account their schedules and thus adapt them in connection with the health institutions that employ them, maybe it will eb difficult as hospitals are already overbooked
