AdminWhat is the idea exactly?
Tiffany PREOCANIN
Here the idea is that gender stereotypes refer to preconceived ideas about what activities/interests/careers are appropriate for each gender. For example, the stereotype that boys should like blue or be athletic and interested in technology while girls should like pink and be nurturing or interested in humanities can discourage children from pursuing their true passions and limit their opportunities. Stereotypes that portray certain traits, such as emotionality, can also have a negative impact on children's self-esteem and sense of identity. By perpetuating these stereotypes, children may feel pressure to conform to gender norms that may not align with their true selves, hindering their personal growth and future success.
Tiffany PREOCANIN
Is this more clear to you now Sir ?
Violette DE BECDELIeVRE
I find your idea interesting and topical, but I do not understand the idea of your concept precisely, it is a company that offers anti stereotype courses?
Tiffany PREOCANIN
idea: Our organization will sensitize youth through courses and conferences
Oriane BURNETT
Interesting idea. Do you think conferences and courses of sensibilization will be enough to convey your idea?
Theo VICARD
This is a very important issue that is quite complicated to solve: the subject is complex and finding a feasible and attractive idea on it is very complicated, but it will come!
Chemseddine ANNABI
How do you think your idea is different, innovative compared to old ritual organizations, methods and ways of dealing with gender awareness?
Dorian BOREL
Interesting project and very important for the future, but doesn't this type of service already exist? Who would finance it?
Emeric BARRET
I think this subject is very complex to change and also very difficult to address. I don't know if this is really the role of a company, but more of a state-subsidized association or a private actor. How would you proceed and be financed?
Theo SCHIRRER
I think this is a very complicated project to implement. Nevertheless the idea is good but it will be difficult to find a financing
Charlotte PENET
Good subject, I hope you will find a concept to reach the objectives
Alexandre RAUX
interesting idea, but how to make it scalable and sustainable over the long run? Awareness is important but how to ensure change - what support? what impact?
Louis GIREAU
How do you intend to develop the project? What concrete actions should be taken and in which shape?
Alex SIVALINGAM
Nice project and cause!
Sacha THAN TRONG
Stereotypes that create barrier for children need to be removed, I love your projet and the value you want to bring to the table !
Dorian BALAAM
Very touchy subject in my eyes. Although older generations need to be up to date with gender awareness, I feel as though parents should definitely have the most control over their decisions when talking about their own children. Work needs to be done, but what work exactly? Without moving away from science of course
Mathilde BEYER
Interesting subject, how do you plan on attracting parents that are close-minded regarding gender equality ?
Amelie RIES
Great idea, this topic is very important nowadays, as more and more people are becoming aware. I think the most difficult is to reach the previous generations, close-minded or who just does not understand the concept. How do you plan to promote this to those people ?
Leo JUSSERAND
Very interesting subject, in particular in today's society. How will you proceed to develop your service ?
Garance LLADOS
you say in the intro that you want to change sexist remarks and thoughts towards girls and women but it should also include boys and men, I think it goes both ways!
Marine LAURET
This is an important theme, indeed awareness raising to avoid stereotypes such as pink for girls and blue for boys. This will allow for a new, more open-minded generation without stereotypes and preconceptions.
Thomas CHOURAQUI
Amazing project, I would have love to be part of it
Amaia CATTIN
How would you implemented your classes ? Do you have already contacts with schools?
Clement PUIGVENTOS
This project aims to address the issue of gender stereotypes that limit children's aspirations and encourage them to adopt inappropriate gendered behaviors. The objective is to raise awareness of gender equality and educate teachers, parents and children on the importance of breaking these stereotypes. By promoting a more inclusive and equal understanding of gender, this project has the potential to positively impact children's futures and promote a more equitable society.
Camille FORTIN
This is a very interesting idea and maybe develop the idea with a playful side to interest the children. My questions for this topic are: Who will be the speakers in the schools? What age range is targeted? What solutions for people who consider themselves non-gendered?
Marine FOURCAUDOT
Interesting project.
However, it may be worthwhile to include other stakeholders, such as governments, the media and communities, to ensure that efforts have maximum impact.
Elise KEUNEBROCK
I love the project, I find it relevant, but how will you succeed in setting it up?
Titouan VAN MEYEL
very good idea but do you think it will be enough to change mentalities, even if the society remains as it is now?
Simon VAN POUCKE
Topical subject that can answer a real problem, I find it interesting.
Charles DORIER
The idea of creating a revolutionary application to promote inclusiveness and gender equality in schools and businesses is an interesting marketing project. The app allows for an interactive and engaging approach to these issues, which could help create a more respectful and inclusive world for all. This initiative has the potential to have a significant positive impact on society and deserves further exploration.
Louis HUMBLOT
The application focus on making education and training enjoyable can be a significant advantage. Many people find topics related to diversity and inclusion to be to approach. By presenting the material in a fun and engaging way, the app can help break down barriers
